Surrounded by many outdoor and indoor activities, such as the Boyd Reserve, Al Paladino Community Center and Sonoma Community Park, Sonoma Heights now has 19 properties for sale, with listing prices ranging from $1 million to $2.3 million.
East Woodbridge - Woodbridge
In East Woodbridge, you'll find some super-luxurious mansions, and the area also has plenty of woods, river valleys, scenic and well-appointed outdoor walking trails. Population-wise, East Woodbridge is dominated by high-income professionals, and there are currently 25 properties for sale in the area, with listing prices ranging from $1.14 million to $3.5 million.

Naturally, the owners here are high income earners, CEOs, developers and other senior executives. As a mini-community, National Estates has a very limited number of properties, only occasionally listed for sale, and extremely expensive.
